We provide technical and creative services including, but not limited to, 2D/3D asset creation, game co-development, platform porting, code optimization, and staff augmentation. Specific project deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Arkenyx Games and the Client.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Client Ownership: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate SOW, all custom visual assets, code, technical frameworks, and game content created by Arkenyx Games specifically for a client upon full payment become the exclusive intellectual property of the Client.
• Website Content: All branding, text, logos (including the Golden Griffin emblem), custom graphics, and layout designs present on arkenyxgames.com are the proprietary property of Arkenyx Games and are protected by international copyright laws.

3. Confidentiality & NDA

We recognize the sensitive nature of unreleased game titles, codebases, and production schedules. Arkenyx Games maintains strict confidentiality protocols for all client communications, game design documents (GDD), and proprietary materials shared with our engineering and art teams. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are executed prior to reviewing confidential project materials.

4. Use of Website & Inquiries

You agree to use our website only for lawful business purposes. You must not submit false or misleading information through our contact forms, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our server systems, or introduce malicious code into our site architecture.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arkenyx Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use this website. Professional service liabilities are strictly bounded by the terms specified in executed client service agreements.
